Small to medium-sized businesses, mostly in Calgary and the surrounding towns: clinics, trades, shops, studios. Usually the owner is the person I work with directly, and usually the site needs to do one specific job: get a booking, a call, or an order.
A website starts at $1,500 and an online store at $2,500. It's one fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts, based on how many pages you need and whether the words and photos exist yet. It doesn't change partway through.
No, but most clients are here. I work remotely, so the process runs over video and works the same wherever you are in Canada. Calgary and area clients can have the kickoff in person when I’m in town, otherwise by video.
I can help with all three. Every website build includes on-page search basics. Business profile work, deeper search improvements and ongoing support are agreed separately. SEO and AI search share one setup and support plan, and email marketing is available as a monthly newsletter service.
One person in Calgary: Joelle Rennick, who designs and builds the sites, writes the words and handles search, email and AI search readiness. No account manager, so you work with me directly.
Nothing, though it speeds things up if you have photos and a rough idea of what you want a visitor to do. We write the words together. That part is never as ready as people think, and it's usually what sets the timeline.
